What we store and why

To fulfil purchases and restore access, we store your PayPal email address, order and capture references, product, amount, currency, payment status, purchase time and your immediate-access consent time. We use this information to perform our contract with you, meet accounting obligations and handle payment disputes. We do not store full payment-card details.

Cookies and browser storage

We use an essential checkout session cookie (no10_checkout) to protect payment requests, and an essential access cookie (no10_access, lasting up to one year) to remember paid access. Your private receipt link restores access if that cookie expires. The game stores your personal-best score in local storage (no10_best). Clearing browser data removes that local score. These files do not provide cross-device progress tracking.

Service providers

PayPal processes payments under its own privacy statement. PayPal loads on checkout when payment is enabled and may set cookies to operate its service. Our hosting and email providers process information needed to deliver the website and receipts. Google Fonts supplies web fonts and receives normal connection information such as an IP address. These providers may process data internationally under their applicable safeguards. We do not sell your personal information or use purchase emails for marketing.

Security and retention

Private access links act like passwords: anyone with yours may use your access. Do not share them. We keep purchase records for as long as needed to supply access and meet accounting and dispute obligations, normally six years after the relevant financial year where required. Abuse-prevention counters use hashed identifiers and are removed when older than 24 hours during subsequent requests. Hosting providers may retain security and access logs under their own retention settings.

Your rights
